Realitalia commissioned me to create their core branding concepts and strapline, together with the original copy for the new brochure and website presenting their award-winning restored and new homes in Italy.
Our principal aim was to highlight the difference that Realitalia’s values make to the experience of owning a home abroad, hence “Live the difference”. |

My recommendation was that we anchor this difference of experience in Realitalia’s design qualities as encompassing not only quality of location, build and finish, but the pleasure of the process itself, since Realitalia does everything to streamline the bureaucracy of purchase and to make home management and maintenance as simple and trouble-free as possible. The fact that these qualities are all designed in from the start led to the concept of Homes for Pleasure. Working closely with Realitalia’s graphic designer, website designer and Italian copywriter, we extended this concept across Realitalia’s online and printed publications in both English and Italian. |
